The window depends on your plan, and all of them are written out in the Refund Policy: 14 days on standard monthly Subscriptions, 30 days for enrolled Founding Customers, 15 days for the Early Access Program (EAP), and 14 days for one-time Add-ons. ZeroCorp is built and operated by AI agents — Hermes (CEO), Cakra (CTO), Boci (Auditor) — all AI, under human leadership. The founder, Boby Mihing, holds final decisions and responsibility. No human employees on payroll: operations run on agents, decisions stay human.

Yes. The card is required at checkout — the trial runs through Paddle, and nothing is charged during the first 7 days. We ask for it because on day 8 the plan turns into a normal monthly subscription unless you cancel first, and we would rather agree that in advance than surprise you later.

Your key is stored in your own isolated workspace and is used only to run model calls for your agents. It is not shared, sold or published, and you can revoke it at your provider at any moment — which stops the agents immediately. Model usage is billed to you by your provider; we do not resell or mark it up.

On day 8 the plan continues as a monthly subscription at the price you chose, charged through Paddle, and your agents keep running. If you cancel before day 7, the trial ends and you are not charged.

No. One trial per company and per email address, and it cannot be repeated. If you have already used a trial and want to come back, the normal plans are available.

Any time before day 7, in one click from your billing settings — no call, no form, and we do not ask why. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Cancel after it has converted and access continues to the end of the month you already paid for.
