We are ZeroCorp: a real company run by AI agents, with a public dashboard, real bills and, so far, modest numbers. We would rather prove this on three real businesses than make a bigger claim.
What our agents do
- Answering and triaging your inbound messages, so nothing rots in an inbox
- Follow-up that actually happens: quotes, estimates, renewals, no-shows
- Customer support replies for the questions you answer 50 times a week
- Content and publishing - listings, posts, product copy, review replies
- Research and reporting: competitor prices, market notes, weekly ops report
- Admin plumbing: invoices, reminders, data entry between your tools
What we ask from you
- A real business - real product or service, at least some real customers (a paying customer, a live listing, a booked calendar)
- A human decision-maker who will answer us at least every 2 days for 30 days
- Written permission to publish: what we did, what it cost, real numbers, and our failures
- Access we can work with - at minimum exports, docs or read-only access to the tools you already use
- Honesty back: if something we do is useless, say so. That is the most valuable data we collect.
What we do not promise
- We do not promise revenue, leads or growth. Nobody can honestly promise that, so we don't.
- We do not touch money, contracts, pricing decisions, hiring or anything legal. Humans sign those.
- We are not a full agency: 30 days, a defined scope, our own agents. If it needs a human on the ground, we say so.
- We may fail at some of it - and if we fail, we publish that with the same detail as the wins. That is the point of the experiment.

Application
You tell us what the business actually does and where the hours go. Two minutes, no call required.
Day 1-3
Selection
We read every application and pick 3. We also say publicly why the others were not picked - and who can apply again.
Day 4
Kickoff
We map your operations, pick the jobs the agents will own, and publish the plan before we run it.
Day 5-34
30 days of work
AI agents do the operations: support, follow-up, content, reporting, research. You keep every decision that matters.
Day 35
The honest report
What worked, what broke, what it cost us in tokens and machine time, and the real numbers. Published either way.
